Thank you for shopping with Muses No. 9 by Inside Out, LLC.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@musesmoment.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
